Peykar Capital is a private real estate investment sponsor specializing in acquiring, improving, managing, and selling multi-tenant industrial business parks. These parks cater to tenants from various industries, including ecommerce, last-mile distribution, light manufacturing, warehousing, robotics, 3-D manufacturing, and medical testing. The primary goal of Peykar Capital is to acquire stabilized multi-tenant industrial properties below replacement cost and increase their value through renovation, repositioning, improved leasing, and effective management. This strategy aims to provide attractive current cash distributions to investors while offering potential capital appreciation and inflation protection over a 3- to 5-year holding period.

Irwin Boris
Irwin Boris is the Head of Acquisitions for Peykar Capital, focusing on investments & asset management.

Prior to joining, Mr. Boris worked sourcing acquisitions for several private investors (foreign & US) where he was responsible for deal sourcing, negotiation, underwriting, due diligence and financing; and was a top originator during his 10-year tenure with Capmark Finance / GMAC Commercial Mortgage. Irwin has more than 25 years experience in real estate finance, investment and asset management. During his professional career, Irwin has participated as a direct lender, principal, investment banker and advisor in more than $5.0 billion in real estate transactions. In addition to being on the Real Estate Advisory Committee at Fordham University, Irwin is a frequent speaker on real estate investing at family office and other industry conferences.
Andrew Peykar
Andrew Peykar is a managing member of Peykar Capital.

Andrew is the current President of Nourison Industries, a soft surface flooring company started by the Peykar family in 1980. In 2018 it was apparent that outside real estate investments needed to be managed and Peykar Capital was created. Andrew has garnered extensive knowledge in industrial construction having overseen multiple projects. Andrew’s main focus will be using this knowledge in helping to evaluate new development opportunities for Peykar Capital.
